I had more planned but my back is pretty sore from last week still and I got stuck talking with some crazy guy at the gym so wtf.

12/2/08 Reverse Band Deadlift w/centurion (large woody bands) 225x5 315x5 405x3 495x3 545x2
On the last set the first two felt great and I went for a third. On the last rep I reinjured my hip and hamstring. I'm not sure the extent of the injury, but right now it feels exactly like it did after rainiers strongest man, hopefully it's not the same because last time it took along time before I could pull anything. It's a good thing today is my day off from work, because it's pretty rough just walking around right now. On the plus side last time I finished three more events after the injury, and this time I stopped immeadiatly and iced it, so we'll see. But it kind of looks like I may be only benching for awhile, it kind of pisses me off because I felt like I have been making good gains on all three lifts lately.

12/4/08 The hip may not be as bad as I first thought, but I still won't be squating or pulling anything for awhile. As long as I don't have to bend over or move too quickly it seems ok, benching went suprisingly well tonight. When I went into the gym I hadn't planned on doing much, if I didn't work there tonight I would have stayed home. I'm glad I went in.
