My plan tonight was to work up to a heavy single or double in my suit. I haven't squatted in my suit for quite awhile, and I've put on abit of weight. Anyway after a half hour of hanging from a bar and everything else it obviously wasn't going on so now I'm looking to get a new suit. The one I have is a centurion, but I'm not sure that's what I'll get this time. Any suggestions are welcome. Anyway I was pretty spent after fighting to get into the suit so the night didn't go quite according to plan.

Speed Deadlift 185x9x1 185x3 (with 10 shrugs at the top of each rep)

Yoke 210x200ft turn at midpoint 300x200ft turn at midpoint 480x100ft
I'm still not able to pull much from the floor so my plan is to do rack pulls each week dropping one pin each week until I get to the floor. Again no belt on the yoke more for core strength than anything else.

Every press tonight felt heavy, I didn't have much pop of the chest. Maybe next week will go better.

After that I worked on my snatch technique. Did a whole lot of singles with 95 pounds and relized just how little I actually know about weightlifting.

Tonight was my first time in a 2 ply shirt. It is going to take some work. Nothing came even close to touching tonight, I didn't use any boards but the last two came to about 3 board height. All of the presses felt strong, I'm just going to have to put a whole lot more weight on the bar. I just hope I can hold on to it. I've never had more than 545 in my hands, on the plus side it didn't feel as heavy as last time.

14" Cambered Bar Squat 155x5 245x5 295x3 245x5 I've never squatted with this bar before. I think it will be a great tool for keeping the chest up and stabilization. It felt like I was all over the place.
Snatch Grip Overhead Squat I did a bunch of sets with just the bar mostly working on flexibility

I pulled sumo today. I've never had much luck with it in the past, but it seems to be easier on my hip. We'll see.
