Tonight went terrible. I was running late for work today and didn't pack the best lunch, so I didn't eat enough today. I got stuck late at work and got to the gym about an hour late. Tired, rushed, and hungry, not the best recipe for a good training session.
Bench Press 135x8 225x5
Bench Press w/double denim 315x1 4board 405x1 2board I wanted to try this shirt out, I've never worn a denim shirt before and I'm not really sure I'll wear one again. I didn't seem to get any pop out of it so I went with my single ply katana instead.

My best lifts are not all that great but here they are. All of the contest lifts were at 181, I've gone up abit in bodyweight, I'll be competing at 198 or 220 from now on.
contest lifts squat 451 bench 314 deadlift 435
gym lifts squat 515 bench 405 deadlift 455
I'm planning on lifting in an APF meet in March. I'm hoping to total 1500.

I pulled sumo again tonight. I got home late from work so I pulled in the garage instead of at the gym, I think I need to pull at the gym to get some pointers on my form. I haven't pulled sumo enough to really know what I'm doing. Some sets felt great and some sucked.

I benched at home today so I had to set up the bands a little different, the first few sets were just playing around with the tension.
