Have you ever had a tips post or a question and answer post for those of us still learning? I know I could ask you a thousand questions alone! Do you still have your training logs available online?

Fearnofish-
You are not still learning...you haven't got where you are by being an amatuer.
On the other hand, everyone, no matter what strength level, has something to offer someone else and always has more to learn.
The logs are on brentmikesell.com but I let the site expire. Someday I may bring it up again, but I doubt it. I may have other plans for it later.

Thank you for the kind words. If people could see those logs again it would shock them. Doing GM's with 600+ then turning right around and doing deadlifts with 700+... INHUMAN!!! How you could recover from those workouts is beyond me. Though that is probably why you were the greatest in the world. After I do GM's I have to lie down for fear of falling down. I hit 425 on reverse hypers at Skips and the machine almost tipped over with me on it. Skip came over and stood on it so I could finish. Pretty funny to watch.
Is the reason you did band squats before your heavy squats, for a speed workout first?

I did bands first because the lighter weights were so easy and they could be done so fast it seemed like I wasn't training.
So, to increase our work capacity, we added the bands up to 40% of our projected heaviest weight that night and then took them off after that. Lighter guys used lighter bands and the bigger boys used blues or greens.
