July 11th, 2009 Bench Press Only event being held at the Oregon State Open Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure and Bikini Championships in Portland Oregon. This is an unsanctioned event, entry fee is only $40 and entry forms can be found at www.OregonBodybuilding.com or by e-mailing SQBPDL@Hushmail.com. This has been a great event in the past and has attracted the likes of Ryan Kenelly. We are hoping to bring the yearly event back, join us!
